(note: I used about twice the amount I was suppose use, almost 2 servings.) I now thoroughly mix my salad dressing into my salad so there are not any parts missed that the extra dressing would normally cover. That is a savings of as much as 100 calories per meal. I admit that is not much but I eat at least 5 salads a week. That adds up to around 1800 calories a month or a little more then half a pound of fat. Add that to other things I have cut back on and the total comes to about 400 calories a day. 400 calories a day comes to 12,000 calories a month. One pound equals 3,500 calories. Do the math and 12,000/30 days = 3.4 lbs. Not much you say? That comes to 41 lbs for 12 months, a full year. When is the last time you lost that much weight? Here is a 500 calorie a day sample.
